WARNING: This machine is for those who fully understand, appreciates and spends to restore a Mazda Astina 323. Completely its not for those who simply judge by the cover and comparisons. Again its for those who knows what a Truly Restored Mazda is. If you decide to buy an ASTINA and plans to restore will cost you more than this amount and the quality of restoring it, hence this car is the right one for you. Perfect for Sunday car trips or preserve nyo na lang para di sayang yung car

Ideal for those who wish to buy an ASTINA 323 and would like to spend to restore it. This beauty costed me almost 160K to personally restore it with the help of pro-painters using dupont Ferrari red PU paint (with 7 coats of clear dupont slow curing top coat). The cost of and efforts to find the parts for this 323 brute was hard to find and pricey ( dahil original sya at para matagal ang buhay ). ALL of the parts replaced here was only due to renaissance purpose only and not from damage or accidents ( with proof of my old parts for you to see ) including a brand new OEM steering wheel ( not yet installed )

Working old parts to NEW OEM parts: ( Old parts still with me )

1. Front and Rear Bumper ( old is still with me without accident )
2. Front and Rear Parking Light ( old is still with me hazed )
3. Rear center reflector panel ( in between the rear lights )
4. Rear air deflector with third brake light
5. Driver control switch module for power windows
6. OEM A/C Compressor ( old is still working ) for better cold R134-a A/C 
7. OEM higher AMP alternator ( for better electrical supply )
8. OEM Carburetor for ASTINA ( old is still with me working )
9. Aircon vacuum assembly and Warm-up vacuum sensors

Engine:

The engine was in perfect condition BEFORE it was opened for overhaul and cleaning to replace old parts to OEM mazda engine parts.(New Engine Installed) Transmission parts replaced using OEM Mazda 323 parts. Engine was perfected by internal sanding to smoothen oil passages unlike factory mold and spend more to dynamically balance the engine moving parts to restore the power and minimize vibration ( blueprinted – 30k ) Proper break-in was performed after installation with a new OEM carburetor. The carb jet nozzles was reduced around 10 percent – barley unnoticeable change in power despite matipid sya ( 8.5 city bad traffic / 9 city typical and 14 highway km per liter ratios )

Body / Chassis/ Dashboard / Seats / trims and panels:

Honestly, The entire car body has only 2 portions of rust on the inner wheel panel at yun lang ( palagi kasi itong malinis since it was baught )The rust was treated with rust inhibitors before it went repainting. The size of the rust scale was like a 25 centavo cent big but it did not went thru the walls kaya ok lang at nahabol sya.

Painting was done by a famous painter in marikina and did it himself personally last 2009 using Pure DuPont Polyurethane Paint ( Ferrari Red ang matching color nya sa Astina ) and without any form of masilya or body filler or spray filler. This is a pure sanding and painting process. The body painting was the longest process of the restoration because everything was disassembled and re-assembled properly including clips to be used.

Everything here was coated new from the very inside of the panels or engine firewalls up to outside (very carefully ) The underchasis and bare floor was coated with three coats of Epoxy Enamel. It was first cleaned thoroughly before it was painted.

Dashboard is still very very perfect in condition ( leather kasi ) and cleaned in and out including the gage panels.

Seats were disassembled wash and cleaned and reassembled.

Door panels are still intact and very clean including the insides with plastic-foam insulations. The only thing changed here is the ceiling using leatherette gray with heat insulation ( a typical mini-cooper style of ceiling ) better than the original so you can easily clean the ceiling. The dome lights are intact and very clean. The rear cabin cover was replaced for the speakers to sit on.

Trims and mouldings are all in intact and some even newly replaced plus the rare door side strip moulding ( parang less than ten lang na astina meron nito sa atin nagkaron )

Electrical and Wirings:

Still upto present are ALL intact and original. Connectors was cleaned and applied with silicon grease before reinstalling. ( Wala pong nasunog or tinuklap or pinutol na wires ditto since then ) Fuse box and engine fuse panel are all working. Starter relay and alternator are new and using the original parts ( 80 amps )

The OEM foglight comes with a harness and switch designed for astina ( the fog light is a Hella )

The alarm / aircon delay timer and sound system was installed by me conforming proper auto electrical practice at hindi po banawe style. Neither original wires here was removed or cut nor re-wiring.

The original old aircon compressor was replaced using mazda original Panasonic compressor to enchance further cooling kaya malamig po sya. The cooling coil was also replaced using original parts at hindi po generic coil last 2008. A delay timer relay was added para may one second delay ang function nang compressor during idle up.

Tires and rims: Still Original 14” Mazda Astina 90% Smooth ( tires almost new Nankang )

Finally REASON FOR SELLING:  Definitely worth buying po sya. Hindi po nagmamadali ibenta,  minsanan na lang po gamit at hindi rin kakasya growing family ko. (still have other vehicle naman )

All of the info is correct and real, I know cars and rides very well including the tech side of it and hands on, so I can personally judge this vehicle on its real conditions, hindi po tayo buy and sell however. The car was simply restored almost perfect and as true as that

2. Installed brand new OEM Cluster Control (lights and wiper with speed control)

3. Installed brand new OEM Power Steering Pump (hindi po sira yung dating pump)

4. Installed brand new OEM Front Brake Caliper Assembly with New Brake Rotors 

5. New OEM Brake Pads Front and Rear

6. New OEM Front Swing Arm / Bushing / Rod Ends plus KYB G Shock Absorber

I will include the old engine for the serious buyer who wishes to have this unit including other OEM new parts not yet installed including other accesories, the buyer can also verify the changed old parts which is still with me. Hindi po sira yung mge pinagpalitan po nito, I just manged to changed it to new for better performance.

This is actually a sacrifice sale since I spent more than what the addtional amount has been added in this post. Reason for selling is its eating most of my time for this passion of restoring the astina. ( definitely not for a big family use talaga )
