TERMS and CONDITIONS:

• Prices are subject to 10% service charge.
• 50% Down payment upon signing of contract.
• 50% Full payment on the event date.
• 12% Additional Vat if Official Receipt is requested.
• 10% of the contract price will be charged upon cancellation of the contract.
• 50% of the contract price will be forfeited for any cancellation 3 days before the event date.
• Service of waiter up to 4 hours only, in any excess there will be a charge of P50.00 per hour per waiter.
• Charge of P50.00/floor per waiter if the event is held in a building without service elevator.
• Additional transportation fee for out of town venue.
• Any losses, breakages, gate entrance fee and caterer’s bond are charge by the client.
