Outdoor Portrait Photography Workshop

The course is an extension of Basic Digital Photography that instills to the students the rules of composition, basics of lighting for portraiture for indoor and outdoor and the common pitfalls of portrait photography.  The extensive hands-on allows the students to have a personal experience as a portrait photographer.  Models are also invited to the class for live shooting and support of Film Showing is added for additional input.

All classes will be held in our photography studio, fully air conditioned with DLP Projector and screen and PA system. 

The Course will tackle the following:

Day 1:   1:00pm to 6:00pm 

1. Rules Of Composition
2. Hard Light & Soft Light
3. Basic Studio Equipment

             I.            Reflectors & Diffusers / Gobos

            II.            Light Modifiers

           III.            Fill-In Flash

                 Film Showing on SHOOTING MODELS ON LOCATION

                “Hands-On” Equipment Handling

Day 2:   1:00pm to 6:00pm 

1. Output Evaluation
2. Using Strobes & Filters

                 Film Showing on COLOR MANAGEMENT  (EOS 7D P2 : 1:10)

• Course Fee is 3,000.00Php per Student
• An additional of 500.00Php per student will be added for One-On-One Training
• We have scheduled classes every month
• It is essential to have a male or female model for this workshop.  The student may opt to invite his/her friend to be a model or the studio can provide one from its model pool at a rate of 2,000.00Php per session.
• It is presumed that the students has completed a Basic Digital Photography Course or Equivalent and is familiar with the use of his/her DSLR Camera
• The Course Fee includes Afternoon Snacks, NO Lunch or Dinner will be served.
• The Students must have his/her own DSLR with a kit lens or equivalent
• All materials used in the training are proprietary to the Author and cannot be copied or distributed.
• A certificate of Completion will be issued upon course accomplishment
