Qualifications Upon Application

FOR EMPLOYEES

1. Age must be at least 21 years old but not more than 65 years old at loan maturity.

2. Must be a Filipino citizen or foreigner/expat/embassy officials/diplomats who are physically residing in the Phils. for a term of 1 year or more.

3. Must reside or work within the approving bank's serviceable areas.

4. With office and residence landline &/or mobile phone number

5. Regular / Permanent with current employer AND total employment work tenure of 2 years.

6. Gross Income

For Metro Manila: At least P20,000 monthly gross income For

outside Metro Manila: At least P15,000 monthly gross income

Note: If applicant is employed in a corporation or organization but owns at least 40% stake in the shareholdings, it shall be treated as self-employed.

Additional Requirements for Call Center/BPO Employees

1. At least 26 years old

2. At least 2 years work tenure with current employer

3. Supervisory level

4. Gross Income of P25,000

 FOR SELF-EMPLOYED

8.   Gross Income

       For Metro Manila: At least P30,000 monthly gross income
 

       For outside Metro Manila:  At least P25,000 monthly gross income
 

Documentary Requirements

For Employees:

4. Latest one (1) month payslip

6. Latest Certificate of Employment (COE) 30 days validity

Additional Requirements For foreigners, expats, embassy officials, diplomats who are physically residing in the Philippines for a term of 1 year or more. 

1.    Employment contract

2.    Valid passport with resident visa OR

3.    Work permit and valid visa

4.    ACR / ICR / ACR1 (Alien Certificate of Registration)


Note:

*Embassy officials  are defined as foreigner diplomats, career consular officials, employees physically residing in the Philippines for a period of at least 1 year

For Self-Employed:

2. Photocopy of Company ID with picture and signature and with three (3) specimen signatures beside the copy of the ID.

3. Photocopy of 1 valid government issued ID ‏

4. Latest ITR and W4 with BIR or bank stamp 

5. Two (2) years Audited Financial Statements (AFS)

6. Six (6) months Bank Statements

7. SEC/DTI Certificate of Registration
