2. QUANTITY (MIN 50 pieces)
3. SHIRT COLOR
4. SHIRT STYLE (Roundneck, V-neck, Collared Shirt and etc. SEE CHART BELOW for more info)
5. DEADLINE 
6. SPECIALTY INK or STYLE/LOOK ( include this requirement if necessary only.)
7. Contact information (NAME, Mobile #)

 2nd Step: Wait for our reply. We will send you a FORMAL QUOTATION.

 3rd Step: When both parties have agreed with the costing/pricing, only then the supplier can arrange a schedule for meet up.

OPTION 2 ( SHIRTS COMING FROM YOU): We do FREE PICK UP OF SHIRTS IN YOUR OFFICE or at the AGREED MEETING PLACE WITHIN METRO MANILA
