How much is the Reservation Fee?  Is it deductible?

• Resevation Fee for Arden Townhouse is Php 10,000.00  Yes, it is deductible from the downpayment.

How long is it valid?  When will it expire? 

• Reservation fee will be valid from 30 - 45 days after you have paid the reservation. 
• It will expire after that.  But if you submit a letter requesting for payment extension, your reservation will not be cancelled.

What is Total Contract Price?

• It is the sum of Selling Price (Php970,000.00) plus the Processing Fees (Php 77,600).
  

What are Processing Fees for?

• Processing fees will be payment for Title transfer cost, One year advance insurance and realty taxes.

When shall I start Paying the amortization?

• Amortization will start after downpayment (DP) term.  If your choosen term is 12 months, amortization will start on the 13th.
• If you choose 24 mos. DP term, your amortization will start on the 25th month. 
  
• Even if you pay the DP in full before the end of 12 or 24 months term, your amortization will still start on the 13th or 19th month.
  

When can I move-in?
