SO WHY   Photobucket?

Though there are lots of brands and kinds of cutter plotter emerging in the market, people are wisely picking the best one for them. Factors that may consider in having one?

 

 

 

Size: Choose a vinyl cutter large enough to accommodate heat transfer materials. Materials are sold in a variety of widths; some common sizes include 15, 19, and 20 inch widths. A popular size for vinyl cutters in the Industry is 24” wide.

Speed: The faster the better. The speed is usually indicated in the number of centimeters that can be cut per second, such as 40 cm/s.

Memory: Look for cutters with as much buffer memory as possible. This allows the unit to quickly download designs from the computer to the cutter.

Blade force or pressure: Blade force or pressure is an adjustable factor and will usually be listed in grams of force, such as 35g - 250g. Blade force will need to be adjusted depending on the thickness of the materials you are cutting.

Tracking ability: Tracking is the ability to accurately align materials in the cutter. Some cutters have enhanced tracking capabilities, which can save time in adjusting and loading materials, as well as reduce on scrap.

Cutting capabilities: Be sure the cutter is capable of cutting various types of materials, films cut differently than fabrics such as twill. Flatbed cutters or laser cutters are the better choice if you intend to cut a lot of fabrics for appliqué vs. thinner film materials.

Optic eye: This feature can save a tremendous amount of time. A cutter with an optic eye sets up registration points that create a contour line around the shape. It then quickly and precisely cut around any design.

Software: There are a wide variety of software cutting packages available. Some cutters come with their own driver software package, while with others the software to cut must be purchased separately.

Warranty: Be sure to ask what type of coverage is included in the purchase price.

Optional Accessories: It will be necessary to purchase additional accessories such as blade holders, blades and cutting strips, be sure to inquire about additional costs. Some suppliers may offer an affordable cutter, but replacement items may be costly.

Hello fengreco thanks po ulit sa  cuyi cutter plotter, mug press, highpress, vinyls etc.. maraming maraming salamat din kay ma'am mercy sa pag aasikaso sa mga binili ko kahit di ko na check bago namin iuwi ang mga items completo parin walang labis walang kulang ahehe.. thumbs up ako dito sa fengreco!! mabuhay po kayo!! salamat din sa mga staff na nag demo sa mga machine nabinili ko.. kahit marami ako tanong talagang sasagutin ka nila ng maayos.. More power fengreco...
