I've been meaning to tell you this from the start pero i was hoping na I could still find a solution to mend this. Our database has been compromised nung Saturday, our host decided to wipe the database clean because of a false alert na it was an inbound ddos attack. Things might be unfair on that end pero theyve got this policy na when their servers are made incapable of service, they can terminate someone's account without warning. It was really hard for me to explain it that time, I was hoping na they got backup, but they told me everything was erased inluding backups for my account. The delays were also due to them responding so slow it takes them a day for a reply saying na wala na daw backup. My mistake was not to backup the database everyday, but who wouldve though anyway. Ive never experienced such a thing from a service provider ever.

Now MangoVPN is incapable of continued service without a database, everything was there, your accounts, remaining time... now my plan is to search for a new and better service provider and start from scratch. That is if youre still willing to push this through. For the resellers, all orders paid or confirmed, starting from a still undetermined date, are still unclaimed so you can just re-order it again once the site comes back up.
