Extra heads are charged 500 pesos per night. No visitors or sleepovers allowed. Guests have an exclusive use of their own sala, kitchen and CR. The apartment units comprises of 1,2,3 bedrooms and  each unit has overlooking terrace.  We also cater for large  groups on excursions or field trips. we charge P250 - P450 per head.We can accomodate 175 persons. Our building is a three storey building with roofdeck.( RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE )

Kaya dito na kau mag stay!!  dito mas mura, 1,000 per day na iyon for two ( MON-THUR ) , pwede ka pa magluto at lahat amenities andoon,  dito may sarili kang sala, kusina at banyo. Makakatipid ka talaga!!! (RATE IS  NOT APPLICABLE TO AN OVERNIGHT STAY )

CANCELLATION - Cancellation of reservations will mean forfeiture of your reservation fee since we have reserved the unit for you and we did not entertain other guests who want to reserve the same  unit, these cases happen especially during the Christmas Season, Panagbenga (Flower Festival) and Holy Week wherein hotels and transient houses are fully booked. So better not to reserve if you are uncertain of your reservation.

WE CAN PICK YOU UP FROM ANY BUS TERMINAL IN BAGUIO CITY FOR FREE!!!!(  for couples only between 8am-5pm,  MON-FRI)

( STRICTLY ENFORCED DURING PEAK SEASONS) FOR GUESTS WHO WERE ALLOWED FOR AN EARLY CHECK IN, THEIR TIME OF IN IS THEIR TIME OF OUT. EXCESS HOUR IS  ONLY ALLOWED IF  THE TRANSIENT UNIT WILL NOT BE USED BY INCOMING GUESTS. EXCESS HOUR RATE IS 300 PER HOUR MAXIMUM OF 3 HOURS ONLY.
