Landscape Design Services:

Landscape design focuses on both the integrated master landscape planning of a property and the specific garden design of landscape elements and plants within it. The design often collaborate with related disciplines such as architecture and geography, soils and civil engineering, surveying, landscape contracting, and botany.

Who will check the plants supplied by your landscape gardener? Are they up to specifications? Do they reinforce the setting that you aspire? Are you getting your money's worth with their services and materials? 

Process:

We will design and plan your garden for you. Then we will have it bidded out to prospective landscape gardeners matching your standards. From there we will check and make sure you get your money's worth on your plants and materials.

• Softscapes and Treescapes
• Swimming Pools
• Walkways and Paths
• Pavements and Hardscapes

*Additional of Php 10,000 for submittal of engineering design for structures such as structural plan and electrical plan for gazebos, pools, ponds, and perimeter fences.

Technical Qualifications:

Six years experience designing and working for the residential communities industry. Extensive experience working and coordinating with industry leaders in landscape design and reputable landscape gardeners.

Submittals:

1. Design in A3 sized paper complete with plant palette and specifications.
2. Budgetary estimate in A4 sized paper.
3. Shortlist of reputable landscape gardeners. (Owner to choose 3 for contractor's bid submittal)
