Dear Folks, Somebody has placed a reservation fee on the land, on the condition that bidding for the land be susupended for 60 days while she saves up, to come up with the 50% down that we ask for a formal contract of sale.

So if your intersted, come back October 28, 2008 and see if the deal pushed trough.
