Important Reminders

1. Reservation fee will expire and will be forfeited after 30 - 45 days.
2. Reservation Fee and Downpayment are non-refundable but transferrable to another person or unit  provided it is under same agent and developer. Transfer Fee: Php 3,000.00.
3. You can still buy a house through Inhouse Financing regardless of your credit record and marital status. (e.g separated/divorced).
