Event Hosting & Entertainment Package

• Direction and conceptualization of the event program

Full Coordination Package (Wedding/Debut/Other Events)

• From scratch to finish, unlimited consultation thru phone, email, or in person
  
• Mid-way Coordination
• On-the-day coordination

Mid-way Coordination Package (Wedding/Debut/Other Events)

• At this time at least 3 suppliers per category have already been booked.
• Schedule meet-ups with the couple and chosen suppliers, handle payments of balances if needed
• Detailing of arrangements with venue manager and other suppliers;
• Preparation of he plans and timelines for the event date.
• On-the-day coordination

On-the-day Coordination Package (Wedding/Debut/Other Events) = P20,000.00 with emcee (promo discount for December bookings only)

• Consultations or meetings by appointment at least a month before the event.
  

            • Consultation with bride and groom to find out information about their wedding
            • An additional consultation as the wedding day approaches (typically scheduled within one month of
              wedding day). This meeting is necessary in order to accurately communicate your vision.
            • Ongoing and unlimited contact with your wedding planner via phone and email

• On-site management of the bridal preparation, ceremony and reception set-up

           • Preparation of a personalized rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
           • Rehearsal coordination and instruction

• Contract review, briefing with suppliers and participants as needed

           • Checking with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
           • All suppliers must be complete and contracts are signed already as confirmed.

• Drafting of reception program and its management during the event
• RSVP services
  
• Guest registration and seating plan management
• Guest book routing, gift management and souvenir distribution
• Collection of items at rehearsal (if this has been included in your package) to be brought and set up on wedding day such as: candles, guest book, favors, toasting glasses, place cards, etc.
• Complete wedding day coordination (all day coverage) with one or two Day of Coordinators (depends on size of event): Overseeing, and directing the ceremony (Church) and reception.
   

Hair and Make-up Package (depends on type if Traditional or Air Brush)

• Hair and make-up for the Bride (plus free for the Groom)
• 2 Adults (can be the 2 mothers or bridesmaids)
• 2 Flower Girls or 1 Adult
