Architect - Fire Safety Practitioner / Consultant Duly Accredited and Licensed by the Bureau of Fire Protection with Nationwide Jurisdiction.

Provides Professional Services for Architecture - Fire and Life Safety Assessment Report (FALAR 1, 2 & 3) for all types of old and new construction of buildings, residences and businesses. 

The BFP City/ Municipal Fire Marshal and Fire Safety Inspector are not able to provide a comprehensive Fire and Life Safety Assessment of the facility as they are not PRC registered professionals and does not have the training and experience of PRC Registered and Licensed Architects (RLA) which is a requirement in the Fire Code in providing the FALAR.

The Fire Code of the Philippines of 2008 requires the submission of the FALAR together with the completion of the Fire Safety Check List to be issued Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance (FSEC) or Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) issued by the City/Municipal Fire Marshal.

The completion of the reqiuirements is needed for the release and issuance of Government Building, Occupancy and Business Permits.

Mission is to ensure that the needed upgrades are Fire Code compliant and installed with established maintenance and regular checkup parameters for optimum efficiency. 

Having a comprehensive FALAR done by the Architect-Fire Safety Practitioner will bring down Insurance Premiums and Cost for the facility/ building as it will be of lesser risk in case of Fire or an eventuality.

Minimum Fee Php 6,000 for NCR, different rates apply for municipal and provincial areas.
