Requirements/Qualifications:

Male

No specific requirements for age

Must possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others) or equivalent

Two to three years of working experience in supporting end users for their daily operation, Active Directory, Windows Server and Exchange.

Familiar with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting/configuration

Knowledge of IT Audit and system security

Able to travel overseas when required

Certification like MCSE or CCNA will be an advantage

Knowledge on firewall, backup solution and antivirus solution would be an advantage

Knowledge of HTML / XHTML / CMS web design / programming will be an advantage

Knowledge of AS400 will be an advantage but not mandatory

Experience in working in Japanese company will be an advantage but not mandatory

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance of all company IT-related equipment, PCs and printers

Liaise with relevant vendors on repair and maintenance computers, server and related equipment

Conducts routine IT maintenance on a regular basis

Provide end user support of hardware and software

Define and perform system backups and recovery procedures to ensure full data retrieval

Continually evaluate and improve the IT infrastructure, IT related and network systems of the company for better efficiency, reliability and performance

Administers Windows server, exchange / outlook, network configuration

Implement, manage and monitor Windows environment and network infrastructure

To install, configure, update and maintain server software / hardware

Maintaining of existing websites
