How to order :

1. Give us a call about the details of your order Mondays thru Saturdays (except on holidays) 9am-3pm daily. If order has been placed beyond 3pm, your package will be sent the next day.
2. We'll send you a quotation and our Account details for payment. Upon payment, it is the obligation of the buyer to notify Save More Ink the amount, name of bank / branch and items ordered.
3. We will ship your orders within the same day after confirmation of your payment. You can wait for the delivery 1-2 working days after for Luzon & Metro Manila (LBC), two-four working days for Visayas & Mindanao.

Clients agreed to take the risk of losing WARRANTY of the printer by installing Continuous Ink System (CIS). After the installation of CIS, it doesn’t mean that troubles will not happen. Original cartridges, chips, print head, and its parts have their own service lifespan. Through regular use, wear & tear will occur naturally and will come to an end (damage) when its service life is reached no matter installed with CIS or not. One may feel that your printer’s/cartridge’s lifespan is shorter than before, after the installation of CIS, that is because you will use the printer more often and more excessively due to substantially cheaper ink cost compare to when you buy the very expensive original cartridges that you would print only those very necessary documents and try to save ink as much as possible. We give six months service warranty and one month replacement warranty on CIS only. PRINTER HAS NO WARRANTY. When claiming warranty of CIS, the end user should bring the printer with CIS to be service only in the branch where they bought.

(30 days) 1 MONTH REPLACEMENT WARRANTY (CIS)

For Canon Printers, ink cartridge is not part of the warranty For Epson printers, chips and cartridges are subject to warranty provided that the said items were not damaged due to client’s negligence. All parts of the CIS such as hose, ink tanks, rubber sleeves are covered by this replacement warranty.

(180 days) 6 MONTHS REPAIR WARRANTY (CIS)

• Printer Reset
• Repair on CIS only not on the printer
• Any part/s that needs to be replaced will be paid by the client. Only the labor or the service will be covered by this warranty.
