this is just to put emphasis on my numerous text messages to you which until now you haven't made an effort to reply.

doing business with you at first was nice, orders arrived on time and your price is reasonable. but unfortunately, just like others, 

it seems that you are just luring clients, to make them trust you. On my second order, after i sent the money i never heard from you, you said you will ship the item on wednesday and will arrived to me on thursday but it didnt arrive on that day, am glad it arrived friday, even if you didnt reply me anymore. 

i opened my package, and there is one item damaged. Until now you are not responding to me, i dont understand why???

of course i want to return the item and ask for a change of item since it just like i got your item at a lil lower price compared with buying at the tiangge but with the cost of that damaged item, it only covered the or equal what ever the cost of the items at the tiangge, plus the shipping cost.
