A LoadCentral Retailer is a one-stop reloading station that can sell popular prepaid card products (e-load & Aload, prepaid call cards, prepaid internet cards, online gaming cards, etc.) without having any sort of physical cards in your possession. Retailers can sell prepaid airtime credits via mobile phone or PCs with internet connection.


Retailer Questions

Will LoadCentral issue or sell a Retailer SIM?
No. Any mobile number (Smart, Talk N' Text, Globe, Touch Mobile, Sun) can be registered as a LoadCentral retailer number.

How can I start selling the LoadCentral way?
You can start selling the LoadCentral way after a LoadCentral dealer registered your mobile number and you agreed to the terms he/she offered.

How can I replenish my account?
It depends on the agreed payment solution with your Dealer.

Can the same retailer number be registeresd to two or more dealers?
No.

How will I know of new products carried by LoadCentral?
Thru this website, via Webtool Crawler, IM Broadcast, e-Mail from LoadCentral and by SMS.

How will I know about the discounts carried by LoadCentral?
Your LoadCentral dealer will give you a copy of the Retailer Discount Structure.

What happens if I forgot my password?
You should ask your Dealer to request from Uniwiz Trade Sales Inc. for the resetting of your password. Uniwiz will not entertain direct request from you.

What happens if my retailer SIM and/or mobile phone are lost or stolen? What happens to my remaining wallet load?
You must immediately notify your dealer so he/she can deactivate or block your mobile number. You must then ask your dealer to register another mobile number as your new retailer SIM. Your dealer will then inform LoadCentral by a written notice (fax or email) and request that the remaining balance in your old registered number be transferred to your new one.

How can I get a transaction report?
You can generate your own sales transaction report thru the LoadCentral webtool.

To all my retailers,



Ang pag replenish ng Loadwallet sa LoadCentral ay monday - friday 9am - 4:30pm at saturday 9am - 12nn lang.

Kung kinakailangan n'yo talagang mag replenish ng LoadWallet ngunit di na kayo umabot sa cut off time ng LoadCentral ay pwedeng sa akin kayo mag request ng LoadWallet dahil lahat ng BDO SM City Branch hanggang 7pm pwede magdeposit, ngunit bago kayo magdeposit magtxt muna kayo sa akin kung magkano ang kailangan n'yong LoadWallet para makasiguro na may available akong LoadWallet na pwede ko i-transfer sa retailer SIM n'yo. Ang option na ito ay para lamang sa mga retailer na sakop ng Cavite & Metro Manila, kapag outside Metro Manila & other province po kasi ay may deposit charge na po na P50. dahil Cavite branch ang account ko.

Kaya kung kayo ay magdeposit outside Cavite & Metro Manila, sa Account ng LoadCentral na talaga kayo dahil waved lahat ang transaction charge ng BDO sa Account ng LoadCentral.

Salamat sa lahat ng retailers ko at sa mga taong nagtiwala.

Kung sakaling offline ang 4 digits gateways na 2948 / 3940 at hindi makapag send ng load, Sa ibang backup numbers kayo mag-send tulad ng 09228504340 / 09209456856 / 09209456857 / 09178662418 siguraduhin lang na may regular airtime load ang retailer SIM n'yo kahit piso. Ang mga retailer SIM na Smart at SUN ay walang charge ang pag send ng load maliban sa Globe retailer SIM. Kung maka encounter ng problema magtanong agad sa offline/online support ng LoadCentral upang matulungan kayo. Good Luck & God Bless us!
