Qualification Requirements

• At least 22 years old; 55 years old upon loan maturity.
• Must be a Filipino with a billing address in the Philippines.
• With a gross monthly income of at least P10,000
• Employee of Top 10,000 corporations with a gross monthly income of at least P10,000.
• At least 1 year permanent work status with current employer.
• With an office or residential landline; mobile phone numbers are not acceptable.
• Must posses an active credit card.

Documentary Requirements

• Completely filled out application form.
• Photocopy of latest Income Tax Return or BIR form 2316.
• Photocopy of valid company ID bearing photo, signature and home address.
• Photocopy of any of the following identification cards(Digitized SSS, GSIS, TIN, PRC, Driver's License or Passport).
• Original, latest Credit Card billing statement.
