To maintain cleanliness and hygiene a no smoking policy will be enforced inside the rooms. Please be responsible  adults by smoking in designated areas. Cigarette smoke is dangerous to your health especially to the   kids. Thank you for your understanding.   

Reminder: For a hassle free vacation  bring the following items:

Plates,forks, spoons, drinking water,drinking glasses,casserole for rice, food containers, other kitchen wares you might needf, bowls,knife,charcoal, dishwashing liquid and sponge.

Personal items: towels,slippers,tissue, toiletries,( soap,shampoo,sunblock etc.), blankets for sleeping.

Because these are  not provided.
 

Guarranteed clean rooms and pools.  Water in the pools are replaced for every guest.

Maximum occupancy for sleeping in 3 rooms is 20 pax.

Procedure on how to reserve and  confirm resort  rental:

1. Call , text, or email  Ms. Jean the following details ( Call or text reservation 7am till 10pm only )

        a.Date, and time of check-in and check out. (check in time is usually 12pm, 3pm, 6pm)

1.  b.No. of hours you wish to rent.
2.  c.No. of people included in your group.

  4.    d. Name of person reserving.

2. If your  date is available and the time is feasible, contract price will be given.

3. If  you are agree with the price and arrangement, you may confirm through a bank deposit.

4. Bank Account name and no. will be provided through email or text.

5. Please inform  Ms. Jean before and after  you make the deposit  to make sure the day is still available and to verify if the deposit was made for your reservation.

6. A text or email confirmation details will be sent to you within the day. (Please send email add to allow me to mail you). 

7. Please keep deposit slip for presentation to Neneng the caretaker on the date of your reservation.

8. Balance will then be paid upon check-in.

9. That’s it, have fun and enjoy your stay at 8 Flags Private Resort.

Holiday, Summer, Peak Season, and Weekend rates: Friday Saturday Sunday

No day time scedules are allowed on weekends 

12 hours           P 10,000.(discount less 10%)= (9,000.00 ) for early bookings 

24hours            P16,000 ( discount less 10%) = (14,400  ) for early bookings,

                                                                     should deposit at least 1 month before

Weekdays  Rates (Monday to Thursday):

 Daytime Rate         8am to 5pm     8000.00 ( available Monday to Thursday  

                                                                           not on holidays )    

12 hours                     P   9,200 less 10% discount = 8,300 

24 hours                     P 13,000 less 10% discount = 11,700 

                         Discounts are granted if deposit made 1 month advance.

Cooking Gas charge P300.00 to be paid on site not included with the reservation fee.

Bringing of cooking appliances like rice cooker, turbo broiler, toaster, thermopots,etc will have extra charge.

Dogs (pets) extra charge  P500/ dog 

 please inform us if you will bring pets.

Discounts applicable for at least 1 month advance deposit.

Christmas, New Year, Summer and  Holiday  are Peak Season Rates

Extension charges  600/hr. Varies with schedule, we cannot allow extension if there is incoming guest.

Please follow scheduled reservation we cannot move onwards if you are late, or open earlier if you arrive too early ( 30 minutes allowable) before scheduled time.

Check in times: 7am 12pm 3pm or 6pm.

  5 gallon purified water  P80 to be paid separately with the caretaker on site

No deposit, no confirmation. First to deposit, First Priority.

Note:  All confirmed reservations are considered final. Price and Schedule of bookings are final once deposit have been made.

50% deposit to any BPI or Banco de Oro branch is required to confirm reservation.

Book at least 2 weeks to 1 month for a hassle free reservation and to avoid inconvenience of having no place for summer outings because private resorts get easily fully booked. Limited slots available.
