BASE MOBILE BAR AND BARTENDING SERVICES

Mobile Bar Packages:

Package 1 - SHARP SHOOTERS - P7,000 good for 50 guests and 3 hour service inclusive of 7 kinds of shooters.

Package 2 - P8,300 good for 50 guests and 4 hour service inclusive of 8 kinds of cocktails/mocktails or shooters.

Package 3 - 12 kinds of cocktails/mocktails/shooters for only P150.00/head.  Minimum of 100 guests and 4 hour service.

Package 4 - Beer and Shots -  20 kinds of shooters plus FREE 120 bottles of San Mig Light for only P200/head.  Minimum of 80 guests, 4 hour service

Bartending Service Packages:

Package 1 - 20 to 50 guests - P3,000 inclusive of 1 bartender and 1 bar assistant

Package 2 - 50 to 100 guests - P3,500 inclusive of 1 bartender and 2 bar assistants

Package 3 - 100 to 150 guests - P4,000 inclusive of 1 bartender and 3 bar assistants

Pica-pica packages:

Pica pica package 1 @ P300.00/head

Pica pica package 2 @ P350.00/head

Pica pica package 3 @ P400.00/head

Pica pica package 3 @ P550.00/head

TERMS AND CONDITIONS      

- A non-refundable reservation fee of P5,000.00 must be made to block off date.  50 % downpayment should be made a week before the event. 

- Remaining balance should be paid ON THE DAY of the event in CASH.   

- In case of event cancellation, payments made shall be forfieted.   

- In excess of the bar service package of 4 hours, client shall be charged for only P3,000/hour.  

- Request for drink tasting should be scheduled at least two (2) weeks before the event.  Drink tasting will be charged to client for only P2,000. 

- Flair show is available upon request - 3 shows with 3 minutes each for only P4,000.   

- Client must provide duty meals to the crew or provide meal allowance amounting to P100.00/head. 

- Out of town rates vary depending on event venue.    

- Servicing party will be at the venue three (3) hours before the service time to set-up and prepare.  

- All consumed/unconsumed items after the event remain as property of BASE MOBILE BAR AND BARTENDING SERVICES. 

- We reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol to underage guests, intoxicated guests, and the like.  Furthermore, we are not liable for any injuries/damages may occur during and/or after the event caused by guests to other guests / properties or to himself.
