Isa lang ako sa mga naging Tenants sa Studio Type Room dito sa building na ito sa Unit G, 3rd Floor starting December 23, 2011 until February 23, 2012. Exactly 2 months ako sa kadahilanang kailangan ko maging practical dahil ang new job ko ay nasa Munoz at medyo malayo na sa Sta. Lucia. At wala po kasi akong sasakyan; mahirap lang eh. ;) Based on  my observations during my short stay in this place, Brgy. Sta. Lucia, in general, I can say that this Barangay is one of the nicest Barangays in the Metro. Majority of the residents are kind and respectful and very obedient when it comes to segregating of garbage. More than 90% of the area of this Barangay is clean and free from cluttered garbages. 

The Building / Apartment: This building is almost brand new since it was just built few months ago. Yes, the new tenant needs to pay the 2-month advance and 1-month deposit, yes, this is strict policy of the Owners. Of course, this is reasonable for both parties since the building is not that cheap. All electrical outlets, faucets and other amenities are working in excellent condition.

The Husband and Wife Owners: In my humble opinion, the Owners are strict when it comes to cleanliness of the entire building, and of course, they have the right to implement this because this is their property and to the benefit / convenience / healthy living of the Tenants too. I can assure you guys that both Mr. and Mrs.  Cubacub are kind and lawful persons. In my part, they have implemented the Contract of Lease, rightfully and effectively. Mahusay po sila kausap!!!

Safety and Security: Nothing to worry about your safety and security whey you are inside the vicinity of the building. It has one gate infront of the building and one fire exit in front of the building too. On the right side, it has a water refilling station opens from Mondays thru Sundays for the convenient of all the tenants and the nearby residents, as well. 

What I'd loved in this place is the strong water and the cold clean air on the afternoon. The air is not yet polluted!

I have enjoyed staying in this place a lot!

Note: 10 minutes ride from SM Novaliches. Around 14 minutes ride (via Tricycle) going to Fairview Central Mall (FCM) along Commonwealth Avenue... Around .65 (point sixty five) Kilometer to the nearest Talipapa and drug store and Bayad Center.
