 Casa Gorordo Museum - The Casa Gorordo Museum is named after the owner of the Casa, Msgr. Juan Gorordo, the first bishop of Cebu. The Ramon Aboitiz Foundation acquired it and turned it into a museum. The Casa Gorodo is so wonderfully restored that 80 to 90% of the fixtures are all original.

Church and Convent of Sto Nino - the church of sto.nino housed the oldest epic n the Philippines, the image of the young jesus christ, which was a present of ferdinand Magellan to Queen Juana and King Humabon. it was built by Augustinian priests Rev. Fr. Andres de Urdaneta out of nipa and was razed on fire on 1566. The second church was likewise destroyed by fire in 1628 but rebuilt soon after (1629). The present massive church was constructed in 1737 and is designed to withstand fire, storm and earthquake. Despite being set in fire for two times, the image of the Sto nino was still unscathed up to now.

Fort San Pedro - is the oldest tri-bastion fort in the country. Two bstions, named Ignacio de Loyola and La Conception faced the sea while bastion San Miguel faced the land. This was built by MIguel Lopez de Legaspi in 1565 to protect the supplies of the Spaniards. It was originally made out of muds and logs until they had to built a stronger stucture out of stone to repel the Muslim pirates. The fort served many purpose after that, it was a prison for Filipino rebels during Spanish war, a barrack and classroom for Filipino students during American regime, prison camp, Japanese fortification and hospital during World War II. The Cebu Garden Club turned the Fort SAn Pedro into a garden in 1950.

Magellan's Cross - MAgellan's Cross is the most famous landmark in Cebu City. It was originally planted by Ferdinand MAgellan in 1521. Tindalo wood encased the original cross that MAgellan brought during his expedition to protect it. It is housed in a shrine with artworks depicting the first CAtholic baptism in the country.

Colon Street - it is the oldest street in the Philippines and until now still has some old establishments standing. Colon street, named after Christopher Columbus ( Cristobal Colon, locally) stood many centuries of local civilization. At present, it is the center of trade, housing important stuctures like banks and universities. It is also the chosen stage for cultural events. The Heritage of Cebu monument is localted in Colon street, showcasing significant landmark in Cebu's history.

The Taoist Temple -the migration of the Chinese to Cebu City has led to the merging of some Oriental traditions with Filipino customs. Comprising 15% of Cebu population, the Chinese united in their stand to built a Taoist temple in 1972 for Chinese worshippers and even for Filipino appreciation. The Taoist Temple in Cebu is located at the upscale of Beverly Hlls subdivision where the affluent of Cebu reside.

Magellan Shrine - Lapu-lapu repulsed the Spanish invaders and killed their leader Ferdinand Magellan in this spot in April 17, 1521. It also showcases the monument of Lapu-lapu in honor of his bravery to fight imperialism.
