FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ):

1. Common CR po ba? or May CR po ba sa loob? - This is a dorm type facility. All rooms doesn't have any comfort rooms inside. But CR for girls is separate and we have enough Showers and Toilets for all tenants. 
2. May available pa po? - Kindly refer to my comments below for the updates of the room. We have total of 9 Fan rooms and 7 Fully airconditioned rooms.
3. Saan po located ito? - MAP is provided above. It's hard thru text for the directions. Our address is 2547 UNIT-E ARELLANO AVE. COR DON PEDRO ST. STA ANA MALATE MANILA.
4. Pwede po bang mag asawa and bata? - Yes, Maximum of 3 in a room with corresponding rates. 
5. Ano po yung mode of Payments? - We require 1 Month advance and 1 Month Security Deposit. Security deposity will be applied on the last month if you decide to terminate your contract. We don't give refunds for the security deposit. 
6. Ilang months po ang minimum contract? - Minimum of 3 months.
7. May parking po ba? - Yes but You can park on the street but with pay from the barangay and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your car.
8. Pwede po ba magluto sa loob? - No. You can only eat your foods at the canteen on the ground floor, FREE of Charge. 
9. Pwede po ba maglaba? - No. There's a laundry shop below as low as P23/kilo. 
10. Pwede po ba visitors? - Yes but visitng hours is only until 10pm and all visitors is required to log in at the ground floor.
11. Pwede po ba magdala ng appliances? - Yes, but there will be corresponding charges especially to heat producing appliances. Cable TV connections is free of charge.
