(1 - 4 seater & 2 - single seater )
glass top center table is P1000 = 1000
footsrtool is priced at P650 each (x2) = 1300
total price = 15300
Your mother is billing us for P16000 and with a 3-seater sofa only.
Please advise why the sudden change?

leather do vary in their price din po kasi
saka ang alam ko po, si mama din po ang nakausap nyo ng nagconfirm kyo ng order
i believe nabrief po kyo about sa price
although wala pa po akong personal knowledge about sa napagusapan nyo, im sure ganun po ang case since sa materiales lang nman po nagvavary ang price

Pero sana nung na finalized na natin ang usapan natin at um-order na kami eh hindi na dapat nag bago ang price niyo. Isn't that what's good business is all about?
At ganun din, sana during the first phase ng negotiation's natin eh in-involve mo na din ang mother mo since siya pala ang may last say ng mga prices ng items niyo.
You have good feedbacks and I rely on them so much.
I do apologized that I am not there in the country to make the transactions personnaly and having this issue via "post".
But anyway, I do accept in life that not everything turns-out the way you expected.
I just hope that the quality and workmanship of your product is worth it.

hi madhel, remeber me vanessa marasigan? ung nag down ng 1k for the 3-1-1 sofa, pasensya na medyo nagka problema hindi kami natuloy lumipat last march pero we're still looking for a place kya kung ok lang, pwede ko pa ba magamit ung downpayment ko to order for a sofa, sana ung one like this 7k but if you still have other design coming i'll wait, waiting pa rin naman kami dun sa condo, pls reply tru my cell at 09158434801...tnx!
