*A non refundable  - on no show, fully refundable on suitable notice of cancellation, Reservation deposit of 10000.00pesos will be required for all bookings.

*Rental terms for THREE months or less use, must be fully paid upfront.

*Security deposit 10000 php payable at the time of check-in will also be required.

If Security deposit is paid it will be 100% refundable at the time of check-out providing there are no damages and the utilities have been paid. Damaged, missing items and or unpaid utilities will be deducted from the security deposit and you will receive a refund of the remaining amount.
