For operation, it includes discussion about:

     b. Canteen Process- includes procurement process, receiving methods, preparation of menu and dishes, Inventory, and Storage,etc.
     c. Accounting- it includes budgeting, costing of products/ service, overhead expenses and others
For management, we discuss how to increase profit, lessen the loss; tips for beginners, and a lot more…
