It's made of food-grade silicon which can also be use to mould chocolate, marzipan, or fondant, and can also be use to mould glycerin soap, candle wax, or plaster of paris.  The material in the mold and the mold itself can be bake in oven or microwave oven for up to a maximum temperature of 220°C (428°F) or frozen in the chiller for the lowest temperature of -20°C (-4°F).
