May nabili akong house and lot sa antipolo, malapit lang sa bahay namin sa Volley golf, Palmera Subd. Cainta rizal.
Gusto ko patayuan siya ng simpleng 2 bedroom, like Arsia Type, Sta. Catalina Village sa Dasmarinas, by Avida. ( bahay sister ko doon) 2 storey 50sq. m., 149 lot.
Now, Itong gusto ko sanang patayuan ng bahay sa Antipolo problem malapit siya sa Creek. iyong likuran, pero harapan ay kalsada na. 318 sq. meters ito, Bo. of Balimbing, Antipolo. ( Bounded on the NE, from 2-5 by Sapang Dalig (5.00-8.00m.wid)on the SE, from pt. 5-1 ny Bo. Road (10.00 m. widw)
Dito this time in Dubai, sales lady. Gusto ko sana matayuan na ito ng bahay para naman may matirhan kami ng 2 anak ko pag umuwi. building is intended for small commercial enterprise. so, basically just a box building.
1st 3 storeys for commercial purposes (no garage)

hello po, i like your designs, mag query lng ako kc balak ko n magpgawa ng bahay by nexy year 100sqm un lot but shared kmi ng sister ko kaya 50sqm n lng. The plan is 3 storey with 4 bedrooms and two toilet and bath with garage and space for small store sana and kahit maliit n balcony. how much ba kung magpadesign and contractor sa inyo para one time lang. I like your designs and construction. I'm currently looking for a house and lot. Unfortunately, wala pa akong makita na sa Manila lang at medyo nagustuhan ko sana ay yung katulad nung sa Carmona Estates (particularly, ung Interior Designs ng Bahay). Medyo di lang kagandahan yung style ng bahay sa labas nung sa Carmona Estates. Nagtatanong pa ako ng lupa sa Taguig pero kung may alam po kau na hindi nmn kamahalan paalam nyo nmn po sakin. Sometimes, naghahanap na nga din po ako ng mga Ready For Occupancy na bahay pero d ko pa masyado kagustuhan.

Gusto ko po sana eh makatulong kayo either sa pagtayo ng Dream House ko na magandang style sa labas pa lng hanggang sa loob kahit maliit lng minimum ko po is mga 65 sqm ung Floor Area or 80sqm man lng. gusto ko po 3BR, may gate at garage,2 Toilet and Bath (may bath tub uny isa),and ung kitchen na gusto ko is like this -> http://modernhouse.multiply.com/photos/album/1/The_Big_Oaks#6
tipong mable (marmol) po gusto ko pede din tyles basta maganda. Currently nasa Belgium pa po ako per uuwi na kaya gusto ko ma built na ung Bhay ko for me and my baby. Suggestion ng mother ko is bumili ng lupa at magtayo ng bahay kaso d ko type ung gumawa ng bahay ng nabili ko noon for my mom. Importnant po sa akin ay kahit maliit, maganda at class ang dating ng bahay lalo na ung Kitchen na gusto ko at yung toilet na may bath tub.

Hindi pa po ako nakakabili ng RFO na bahay baka po may mahelp kau sakin. Pa send nmn po ng estimation / cost kung sa inyo po ako papagawa para malaman ko kung possible at hindi nmn kamahalan.

Additional: Kahit po hindi na din sa Taguig. Ok lng din sakin Cavite or Antipolo as long as maganda ang bahay ko. Gusto ko nga din po pala may Balcony space sana pag may okasyon.
