| youraupair | I am interested I am 22 y/o but I dont know how to speak german language how is that sir? Basic German language skills are required by the German government. Without this, you will not receive an au pair visa. We suggest that you enroll in a language school to learn German. This is the best way to learn the language. |

Yes we are a genuine agency! Of course we mentioned that basic German language skills are required by the German government. Did you read the ad? Finally, we do not set the age limit. That is another German government restriction. If an au pair comes to Germany from outside of the European Union, then the maximum age that au pair is allowed to be is 24. There is nothing we can do to change these requirements. |

Answer: Not worthy of a response, actually. Very crude and childish. You say: "it looks like you are a sex slave human trafficker..prove to us that you are not what we think you are.." Answer: Au pairs do not fall under POA control. An au pair does not register with POA, and neither do we as the placement agency. You would know this, if you had bothered to read and inform yourself before typing your confused message. You say: "sorry but we Filipinos are wise and refuse to be easy preys.." Answer: NOT an accusation? When you write "it looks like you are a sex slave human trafficker" that IS an accusation. A baseless and vile and slanderous accusation, for which you have no proof other than your opinion.
If you understood anything about the au pair program, then you would not be making comments such as: "how can we file lawsuits in case of human trafficking or fraud if we can not identify or trace you?" Let me explain for you:
We bring people who want to be an au pair in Germany together with families in Germany who are looking to sponsor an au pair. It works like this: 1) au pair registers with us, 2) we interview au pair to ensure that he or she is suited to be an au pair, 3) if we are convinced then we attempt to find a suitable host family, 4) to whom we then pass on the au pair contact details, so that 5) the host family contacts the au pair to discuss a possible au pair engagement, which can results in 6) the au pair and host family agreeing to an au pair contract in writing, after which 7) the au pair applies for an au pair visa at the German embassy in Manila and when he/she gets the visa, then 8) the host family books and pays for the flight to Germany of the au pair, where the au pair will be picked up by the host family at the airport and will live together with the family in their house for the duration of the au pair engagement. If, after point 5 either the au pair or the host family do not have a good feeling about the idea, then they say so and it ends right there. We then look for a different host family for the au pair.
The au pair never signs a contract with us. The au pair is never employed by us. The au pair is never paid by us, nor does the au pair ever pay us anything. (unlike some other au pair placement agencies.) The only fee we collect for our service comes from the host family, and then only once the au pair has safely arrived in Germany. We introduce the au pair to the host family, and from there both of them take over and we step back, available if questions or problems arise, but otherwise we are not directly involved. We only work with host families who agree to pay the roundtrip travel expenses of the au pair in full. This is unusual, since it is normal that the au pair pays his/her own travel costs.
It would have been nice if you had contacted us directly to discuss your concerns before publishing them here. Of course we could have deleted your comment, but we chose not to.One last time: we have nothing to prove to you. The way you are approaching this issue is that we are guilty of a crime ("it looks like you are a sex slave human trafficker") until we can otherwise prove our innocence to you. This is nonsense!
I have already spent too much valuable time responding to your messages. Be careful with your words. Accusing someone of being a "sex slave human trafficker" is a serious matter. I will leave it at that. If you have further questions, feel free to email us directly at admin@youraupair.com and have a look at our website youraupair.com to get a better understanding of what we are offering.

| mdimsch5079 | For All Our Kabayans, This Au Pair Programme is really how it works in Europe, pero tama rin ang ibang mga remarks and comments na baka H Trafficking ito. Ito lang ang masasabi ko, you gather first all information about this kind of things bago kayo mag-desisyon. Kung mayroon sa inyo na mag-inquire how to be employed abroad (as Executive, Professional, Domestic & Maternity Carers), nasa HR Consulting and Services ako, you may send me private messages to the following contact details: Marites DS SMS: +639179252335 Call: +31634131780 E: mds@schipperen.com Skype: marites79 |

| It looks like T3Bitag doesn't know about the system in au pair agencies in europe!!! If your not interested on being an au pair, just mind your own business. This ad is only for individual who want to work and study in germany. Search and think first before you say anything!!! Anyway, to all ka sulit who are interested being an au pair the post above is true. You should be single, no children, the age should not exceed 24 years old and you should have the Start Deutsch A1 certificate (Level A1 Basic German Language) because it is included in the basic requirements in getting au pair visa. Btw, I am learning deutsch as of now and the owner of this ad is very kind and accomodating. Viel Glück |
