A. ACCOUNTANT
Duties and Responsibilities, (but not Limitted to the Following):
1.Safekeeping Receipts, Documents and Records
2.Recording & Bookkeeping Policies, SOPs, Guidelines & Rules
... 3.Monitoring and Matching Revenues and Expenses
4.Regular Financial Reports and Statements, including Analyses
5.Payroll and Government Requirements/ Contributions
- 30 to 35 years old,
- with at least 5 years experience in Construction company or the like

B. DRAFTSMAN
1. Experience in Autocad drawings and 3D rendering is a MUST.
2. At least 2 yeasr experience in Designs for Beach Houses, SPAs, Resorts, High- End Residential Houses and Medium Rise Commercial Buildings.
3. Can conceptualize certain project assignments and can present to the CLIENTS accurately and cinvincingly.

C. SITE/FIELD ENGINEERS
1. Civil Engineering Deree, preferably at least 3 years experience in actual construction of High-End residential Houses, Resorts, SPAs, Beach Houses and Medium Rise Buildings.
2. Hardworking, Trustworthy, Responsible, has good people relations skills.
3. Can estimates, draw shop drawings, can communicate with clients professionally.
4. Can able to drive with professional drivers license.

D. HIGH SKILLED CONSTRUCTION WORKERS
1. Carpenters
2. Masons
3. Plumbers
4. Electricians
5. Painters
6. Welders
7. Ceiling installers
8. Tile setters
9. Granite installer
10. Glass/Aluminum installers

- Applicants residing in Taguig, Makati, Pasig, Pateros, Paranaque or nearby places shall be an advatage.
