"Taking B vitamins is my least favorite part of our vitamin regimin. B vitamins have a strong smell and a disagreeable taste so when I saw these vitamins in a capsule form I ordered it right away. The smell is still there but you don't taste it going down when you swallow it. Make sure you take it with food because you won't burp up the taste once the capsule dissolves in your stomach. Capsules are better than tablets because they don't contain fillers and binders. I found taking this in my morning dose of vitamins really boosts my energy and gives my day a great start. I don't recommend taking them at night because you might not be able to fall asleep easily. I take this with breakfast and my multivitamin with dinner since it already has some B vitamins in it.
