Qualifications and Requirements Registration.

1. At least 16 yrs. old

2. Must be Physically & Mentally Fit to drive.

3. Submit 1x1 picture.

Student Permit:

1. 1pc of 1x1

2. Original & Xerox Copy of Birth Certificate

3. Original & Xerox Copy of Marriage Contract with date of birth for married female only. Non-Professional License:

1. 17 yrs. old & above.

2. Students permit atleast one month from the date issued.

3. Undergo Drug Test at LTO - city of San Fernando.

Professional License:

1. 18 yrs. old & above

2. Students Permit or Non- Professional license at least 5months from the date issued.

3. Undergo Drug Test at LTO - city of San Fernando.
