  With CE and relevant certifications - Be sure your panel supplier has the proper manufacturing standards which enabled the issuance of the rigid certification for ISO standards.  This means that the facility has been thoroughly inspected by the regulatory bodies.  China manufacturers receive more rigid inspections than any other country as attested by one senior engineer of UL in Washington, US.  If your panel manufacturer can easily stick and issue those silver stickers at the back of the panels, you can bet that the products you buy from them are more reliable and will LAST YOU decades of use than those that don't.

The panels we carry came from an ISO certified China assembler with proper and strict manufacturing facilities for solar panel  production.  They use only high quality and known German Q Cells and observe strict manufacturing standards to obtain PROPER CERTIFICATIONS from global regulatory bodies.  This and other standards enable them to export to the US, Germany, Canada, Europe, Australia and other countries.

Assembling the panels in China does not mean sacrificing reliability.  European countries and the US have already bowed to this fact and it has been globally accepted that Photovoltaic panels come from China. This is the reason why most solar panel manufacturers in the US have  closed  because they could no longer compete with the cost of production that China manufacturers have in their richly clad facilities.  They can afford to sell their panels at almost cents profit because they ship by the mega watts and their production capability is so high while keeping production and raw materials costs very low! The quality of the panels are much more reliable and the price to consumers including shipping, cut in half then to a much lower cost.
