Ordering:

1.  Give us the volume of your order, we accept at least 100 order if we have the existing item.  If with customized logo, at least 200 order.

2.  For non existing item, customer should shoulder development cost of the model, the mould and the sample of the item, NO CHARGE of these development cost if the order reaches 350 items. Charges should be deposited upon ordering.

3.  Give us a sample product that you want us to customize or send us a photo indicating dimension. ( Length, width, height)  It's better that you come to our office with your sample product.

4.  Give us the image/logo you would like to put on the item. *Note: It must be as simple as possible.

5.  If you want to put additional text, it will depend on the available space for such text, please make your message/text as short as possible.

6.  We'll inform you if the sample is finished.

7.  After your approval, be sure to give us at least 20-40 working days to finish your ordered items.

Payment method 

1.  After you approve the sample, we must collect 50% down-payment (cash basis only)

2.  The remaining balance must be paid before we ship out. 

3.  Payment may be made through bank. 

Delivery

1.  You can pick up your item in our office or we can deliver it for you. 

2.  There will be a minimum delivery charge based on your location.

3.  Free delivery if the amount is above 15,000 php (Metro Manila only)
