• Fixed-salaried individual working in thePhilippines’ belongs to Top 10,000 Corporation
• At least 21 years old but not more than 65 years old
• A permanent employee with a length of service in current employer of at least 1 year
• Has a total gross monthly income of P15,000 for Metro Manila and P12,000 for Provincial Areas
• Must be existing credit card holder for at least 1 year or with existing personal loan in good credit standing (OPTIONAL)

 Employees of Non-Top Corporations

• Must be 21 to 63 years old
• Must have total work experience of at least 3 years & more than 1 year in present company
• Basic monthly income of at least 20,000 if in Metro Manila and 15,000 if working outside Metro Manila
• Must be existing credit card holder for at least 1 year or with existing personal loan in good credit standing (REQUIRED for other Banks)

 Self-Employed

• Must be 26 to 64 years old
• Must be at least 3 years in successful business operation
• Annual Income must be at least 400,000
• Profitable operation for the past 2 years (as per ITR & Audited financial Statement)
• With Business Registration / Documents
• With Bank Statement (average monthly deposit must be 50,000)
• Must be existing credit card holder for at least 1 year in good credit standing (without late payments / over limit charges for past the 3 months and don’t exceed 80% utilization of credit limit) or with existing personal loan in good credit standing (REQUIRED)

 Employees of Call Center / BPO Companies

• Must be 23 years to 55 years old
• A permanent employee with a length of service in current employer of at least 2 years
• Supervisory or Managerial position and up position only
• Has a total gross monthly income of P32,000
• Certificate of Employment indicating employment status,  position, length of service and gross monthly income/annual income (REQUIRED)
• Better if existing Credit Card Holder for at least 1 year with GOOD Credit Standing (No late payments or over limit charges)

 DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

 For Employees of Top 10,000 Corporations / Companies

• Completely filled-up and signed application form
• Certificate of Employment (COE) indicating employment status, position, length of service and gross monthly income (OPTIONAL)
• Latest 1 month payslip (To attain higher loan amount, If you have monthly bonuses, allowances and incentives: Submit 3 months payslip)
• Clear copy of latest Income Tax Return (ITR 2316) 2010
• Clear copy of 2 government issued ID’s (Ex.SSS ID, Driver’s License, PRC ID, TIN ID, Passport) and Company ID (front & back) with 3 specimen signatures
• Proof of residence under client’s name, spouse or parents (Ex. water, cable, electric, cellphone bill)
• Latest credit card billing statement (no late payment or over limit charge) or personal loan contract(OPTIONAL)

For Employees of Non-Top Corporations / Companies and Call Center / BPO Companies

• Latest Audited Financial Statement (AFS) 2009 and 2010
• Latest 6 months bank statement
• Latest 2 months credit card billing statement with at least 15% repayment rate and of at least 50,000 credit limit and should be active for at least 1 year or personal loan contract (REQUIRED)
• Clear copy of 2 government issued ID’s (Ex.SSS ID, Driver’s License, PRC ID, TIN ID, Passport)  with 3 specimen signatures
• Business Permits: DTI or SEC Registration, Mayor’s Permit Etc.
• Two (2) proof of residence under clients name, spouse or parents (Ex.water, cable, electric, cellphone bill)

• Processing time: 3 to 5 working / banking days upon submission of all documents (Subject to bank processing time, credit investigation & procedures)
• No fees shall be collected before and during the application process.
• Processing fee is deductible on your loan proceeds.
• If your loan has been approved you will received a text message or a call from the bank or from us confirming your loan approval and instructions to get your loan. We will inform you about your application status or you may choose to call bank CSR Hotline.
• Claim your approved loan directly on the bank. To claim your approved loan, present your original documents and PDC's and sign loan contract.
