Basic Documentary Requirements

• Photocopy of two (2) valid ID with address and signature such as passport, driver's license, etc.

• Proof of residency such as NBI clearance, Police Clearance, barangay clearance or certificate, community tax certificate or cedula, or any document that will prove that you are a resident in a specific location.

Seaman Loan

Loanable Amount / Term / Interest Rate

• Loanable Amount: P15,000 to P500,000
  
• Term: 3 to 9 months depending on the employment contract
  
• Interest Rate: 3.0% - 5.0% per month

Documentary Requirements

• Copy of latest Standard Contract of Employment with POEA validation
• Copy of allotment slip
• Copy of Passport and Seaman's Book
• Copy of Seafarer Regisration Certificate (SRC)

Co-Borrower Requirements
This is required for Seaman Loan.

• Preferably the spouse or immediate relative with stable source of income. If spouse is not qualified as co-borrower, he/she will sign a Promissory Note PN.
