Language Trainers - ESL Trainers (Cebu)

They facilitate Language Training, Progressive Training and Enhancement Training for new hires and veteran agents.  They also design and develop training modules and tools specific to the program.  They are responsible for classroom management, materials development, Training Needs Analysis, managing performance and mentoring program SME.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• One year of experience as ESL teacher / instructor
• Demonstrated ability in classroom leadership, classroom management, classroom organization.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Full-time and part-time positions available
