Qualifications:

1. Male, 25 to 40 years old.
2. Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
3. Five years work experience in Site Building Construction (HighRiseBuilding). Experience in Electrical, ACMV and Fire Protection System Installation, Design, Shop drawing preparation, Co-ordination, T & C in construction projects.
4. With valid Philippine Driving License.
5. Good Auto cad drawing drafting skills.
6. Computer literate in MS word, project, power point and excel.
7. Good spoken and written English. Good communication skills.
