FROM DESIGN BRIEF TO BUILD:

                       We start by budget evaluation and understanding the brief requirements,

                       core principles and objectives of our client, This understanding will then 

                        be used to produce and transpire the preliminary concept  proposal by

                        considering the budget & design taste of the client. 

                       Once approved we then proceed  to prepare  the final proposal  along

                       with  the sample material board for final approval which subsequently

                       be processed for permits & production of the project.
