TERMS OF PAYMENT

We require a security deposit according to the Rental Fee Table. Full Payment after checkout.
SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY UPON TENT RETURN
provided there are no damages to the equipment caused by client’s negligence.

A great choice for a hiking tent that has a 5.9 pound carry weight. Features a large Dutch "D" style door for easy entry and exit, patented hoop fly frame for additional stability and rain protection and large mesh roof vents and windows for excellent ventilation. Includes a utility pocket and gear loft to keep personal items always within easy reach and an attached mud mat helps keep tent floor clean and clear. This tent has our integrated Stow-n-go duffel system that simplifies set-up, take-down and storage. Tent stakes and pole packet unrolls with tent - Fold labels for easy take-down with wrap becoming mud mat. Attached duffel wraps around rolled tent and secures with elastic bands.

RENTAL POLICIES

REQUIRED IDENTIFICATION            Renter must provide contact information, address and present 2 unexpired government issued ID

                                                           (TIN ID, PRN, Driver's License, others) along with a photocopy to be able to rent.

                                                           No photocopy, no tent.

                                                           Renter will be asked to fill out an Information Sheet, Checkout Form and Liability Statement.

EQUIPMENT RETURNS                      No tent will be considered returned until it is inspected.

                                                           Renter’s deposit will be promptly returned if no damages are found after inspection.

LATE FEE                                            Tent returned late will be subject to additional days' rental fees, plus a 100 Php late fee / day.

                                                           If the tent is not returned after 10 days from the agreed return date, it will be considered sold and

                                                           no refund will be granted.

DAMAGE/LOSS/LIABILITY              It is the responsibility of the renter to know how to use and assemble the tent.

                                                           The renter may ask a staff member for clarification about the proper use of the tent.

                                                           The renter must sign the liability statement when checking out.

                                                           The tent should be handled with care and is expected to be clean and dry upon return. 

                                                           The renter agrees to pay for any damages, costs of repair, replacement or loss of equipment caused

                                                           by negligence and also agrees not to hold the lender responsible for injuries, accidents, or other

                                                           mishaps which may occur while using the equipment.

                                                           Should the tent be found impossible to repair, the renter will pay for its entire cost of Php 4,500.

Set up and testing will be done / Renter will be briefed with instructions.
