TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RENTAL PERIOD

The duration of your rental starts and finishes according to tha pick-up and drop-off dates and times detailed on your voucher. The price of the rental will be confirmed at time of booking and is calculated on the basis of 24-hours units.

RENTAL EXTENSION

If you wish to extend the rental period after pick-up of the car, or if you return the car later than stated on your voucher, you will be charged locally at the local daily rate, which may be higher than our rates. No refunds are payable on cars returned early.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Renter should pay advanced rental according to the days booked by the client. All prices in the brochure apply at the time of printing but we reserve the right to change any of these prices from time to time. Prices can go up or down. Please check our website for all up to date prices and services. Steward Rent-A-Car reservation agent will tell you up to date price of your chosen car and of any other service advertised in this brochure before confirming your booking.

COLLISION AND DAMAGE WAIVER 

The renter is liable to pay for the minimum of 4,000 and maximum of 7,500 php and 20% to the damage parts.

DELIVERY AND PICK UP

Pick up and drop off of the vehicle outside of the rental locations standards hours of operation, there may be a charge for this. Delivery and collection of your car can be arranged during normal working hours. Out of hours charges, there may be a charge for this. A charge for delivery and collection payable locally may apply and will be advised on booking if applicable. 500 php within metro manila.

In some locations deliveries are available during normal working hours. If you would like your car to be delivered, full address and delivery time must be given at the time of booking.

For airport pick-ups, it is essential that Steward Rent-A-Car be given the correct flight number and arrival time, before departure. This can be done either online at stewardrentacar@yahoo.com

RESERVATION

Must be made at least 2 days before actual rental rate. Steward Rent-A-Car has no cancellation or amendment fees when Steward Rent-A-Car is advised 24 hours prior to the rental start date. Should you cancel less than 24 hours prior to rental start date not show up or show up late to collect the vehicle, A no show fee equal to the one day of the rental will be charged.

Steward Rent-A-Car cannot refund any unused days if the vehicle is returned early.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Please E-mail us at stewardrentacar@yahoo.com. Please note that vouchers must also be returned, and that cancellations will take effect from the date received by Steward Rent-A-Car.

Vouchers must be returned as soon as possible, and be recived by us before the rental pick up date. Otherwise, No refund of any pre-payment will be made.

FUEL

Return must return the rental car with same quantity of gas as indicated on the voucher. Our company will charge any fuel deficiency as its prevailing rate to the renter. However there will be no refund for excess gas. Please check the fuel gauge when you pick up your car.

Fine of Php 1000.00 will be applied
