Much as I would like to accommodate every prospective tenant, I only have one unit. The schedule for the next vacancy would be on May 9-25, 2012. | Hi there! The monthly rate is 25t which is inclusive of water, electricity, cable service bills and association dues. If more than 2 months rent, the rate is 20t but excluding the utility bills. The unit is available in October. Thanks! |

| Rented the unit for a month and enjoyed it (December 8, 2012 to January 8, 2013). The place is secured (24 hour security guard availability), very nice and so cozy aside from the location being a stone-throw away from SM North and Trinoma. You have the option to cook your own food or buy food from the many eateries in the area. The owner is very professional and easy to deal with.
