Conditions: Stud Fee is Php. 2,500.00 inclusive of shooter's fee, 2x shoot

• Full Payment is due on the First Mating Session of the Stud Service.
• Return Stud Service: Bitch missed a pregnancy from the previous stud service will have a Free Return Stud Service within One year from the date of the last Stud Service. If the bitch fails to whelp, the owner of the bitch must notify in writing the owner of the stud dog of this fact within 53 to 67 days from the stud date. Lack or failure such notification will forfeit any return service. In case a return stud service is necessary the Owner of the bitch will pay for the shooters fee.
• If there is a tie or the breeding is consummated, there will be no refund of the stud fee in whole or in part.
• And if the stud dog should die or become incapacitated for breeding before the Return Stud service, there will be no refund of the stud fee in whole or in part.
• Premature delivery/miscarriages are not covered by Return Stud service. One puppy born alive or dead considered a litter. Puppies lost due to environmental conditions are not responsibility of the stud owner and repeat breeding will not be honored.
• If the bitch changes ownership, any return service is forfeited and this contract is terminated.
• A signed Litter Application will not be given until notification of whelping.
• If we do not hear from you in 2 weeks before due date we assume that your bitch is pregnant and Return Stud service is hereby waived.

NOTE: Always remember the lower the stud fee the more it is commercialize. If the stud dog is often used the lesser he will produce quality pups or higher percent of impregnancy for the female and more prone of transmitted diseases like (Corona Virus). Always choose a stud who is not commercialize to prevent the risk of your female pet.
