1. Altozano Cabernet

         Gonzales Byass created the award-winning Altozano range to provide excellent value, consistent quality wines made in an easy drinking, fruit-driven style. The wines, which come under the Vino de la Tierra classification, were produced in conjunction with Jane Masters MW.

2. Altozano Tempranillo

          100% Tempranillo. Clean and bright ruby red colour with intense aromas of red fruits. Easy to drink with a pleasant taste due to sweet tannins. A fruity wine, well balanced with intense aromas and slight tannins.

3. Beronia Crianza

          One of the best sellers of Gonzales Byass, red-marroon colour with cherry tones. Profound on the nose. Rich aromas with mature red fruits standing out and liquorice on a base of spices. Round and velvety on the mouth with good volume and medium-long aftertaste.

4. Bianchi New Age White

A light yellow/green colored wine, with fruity and floral aromas of great intensity.

Serving Hints:

5. Borsao Tinto Joven

6. Estrella Galicia Spanish Beer (You above the rest)

         Appearance: Clear golden with a fair amount of lacing and nice head.

         Smell: Warm malts and grains.

         Taste: Warm malts, nuts, honey, grains and very subtle floralness.

         Mouthfeel: Light and smooth.

         Overall: This is a good, plain lager. It is medium light flavored. It is best suited as a session beer.

Martin Codax was 13^th century Galician troubadour whose music celebrated love and wine. PRODUCTION
Harvest: Manual. Muscat: End of August. Parellada: End of September.
Fermentation: Prior maceration with the skins (12 hours) at 10ºC to 12ºC.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14ºC–16ºC.
Bottling: December 2009 and during all 2010
Bottle: White Bordeaux tradition 750 ml.

SAMPLING
Appearance: Pale yellow in color, with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Intense and very fruity, with a background of citric (grapefruit) and exotic
fruit (lychee and passion fruit) combined with fine floral notes of orange blossom,
linalol and vine-flower.
Flavor: Smooth and fresh on the palate. Balanced with an elegant and persistent
finish. The finest combination of Parellada and Muscat grapes for a Mediterranean
wine.
SERVING
Recommended with fish and seafood cocktails, avocado with prawns, salmon,
melon with ham, fowl, pates and foie gras. Serve at 5-6ºC.
