Responsibilities:
(CSR) CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (BPO Company):
- Answer phone to respond to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
(TSR) TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (BPO Company):
- Responsible for handling internal and external technical support requests for numerous products and applications, will also support the efforts of the Web Development team in the areas of Quality Assurance and Data Management.
Requirements:
- Must be Graduate of any 4 year course. NURSES, HRM GRADUATES ARE VERY MUCH WELCOME TO APPLY.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati, Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pasay, and Parañaque.
- Preferably with At least 6 months experience in a Call Center (Customer Service Representative)
- Strong Customer Service Orientation
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Should be able to communicate in English
- Positive, driven, and should be a team-player
- Passionate, energetic and enthusiastic
- 50 Full-Time positions available.
