*on time and deals directly with vendors to enjoy the day without any hassle.

*collect any personal items from the bride and groom, gathering other things that belongs to the couple (excess souvenirs, symbols, prizes, cakes, food, wine, etc.) , gather the wedding presents and arrange for easy pick up.
*provides small things and supplies couple/guests might forget and back up plan without people noticing.
*in-charge for technical queuing of entourage, reception program flow and other behind the scene actions.
*in-charge for supplier's meal distribution and payment if applicable.
*we can provide additional Lead Coordinator upon availability.

 *helps in research on decorations, themed items or vendor pricing and place inquiries or appointment and time to time follow ups.
