Standard operation procedure for chauffeur service;

-       Driver must wear a proper uniform issued by the rent a car company.

-       The client / passenger must properly well inform by the driver regarding service procedure before the trip start i.e. gas level, odometer reading.

-       Driver must wear valid I.D for driver identification purposes.

-       Driver must keep all necessary receipt for billing purposes

-       Payment collection is in 15days period upon submission of billing.

Requirements of SELF DRIVE:

 NOTE :  STATED RATES ABOVE ARE FOR SELF DRIVEN ONLY.   FOR CORPORATE RATES,  PLEASE SET AN APPOINTMENT (YOUR AVAILABLE TIME ) FOR          

                THE RATES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS.        

  Note:  That the said vehicle shall not be operated in to following cases:

                    A.  To carry passengers property for a consideration express or simplified.

                    B.  By any person who has given to the COMPANY a fictitious name or false age or address

                    C.  To propel or tow any vehicle or trailer.

                    D.  In motor sports event.

                    E.  To travel to Banawe, Mountain Province and other area where roads are impossible for cars or vans to ferry the rented vehicle,in any island of the philippines.

                    F.  To transport goods in violation of customs regulations or any other illegal manner.

                   G.  By any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs and further that llowfcle will be operated only by the RENTER or a duly qualified licensed driver. 25 years of age or older,and provided COMPANY'spermission that be obtained No. Indicated in the contract.

                              1. Any employee or fellow of the RENTER in the course of such employee or fellow omployee's regular and usual employment.

                              2. Any member of the RENTER's immediate family.

 REMARKS: That the RENTER expressly Acknowledge personal ability to pay the COMPANY upon demand.

                    A. All kilometer.Charges computed at the specified covered by said vehicle during the term rental ,(the number of kilometer over which said vehicle shall have been operated under this rental agreement shall be determined by reading the odometer installed by manufacturer,if the Downtime faols the kilometer charges shall be made in accoedance with the road map distance of the journey traveled.

                    B.Downtime,collision,damages and miscellaneos charge at the rate specified on the page hereof.

                    C. All fines excluding court fee,parking fee,traffic or illegal violations assessed against  said vehicle,renter or lesser during the term of the agreement expect  where it is caused through the fault of the RENTER.

                    D.COMPANY's cost to repair collision or upset damages to said vehicle irrespective of whatever the renter is at fault or not provided,However,if said vehicle operated in accordance with all terms hereof,the RENTER liability for such damage.

                          1. Shall be limited to the first 505 equivalent for cost of repair.

                          2. Shall be waived if the RENTER has purchased in advance the collision damage waiver as evidence by the initial in the provide on the front page hereof, opposites the word "ACCEPTS".
