hi jodie, thank you for your interest.
well, since all of our furnishings are custom-made (also known as made-to-order) we need to take measurements and ask you for the options you need to include. this is what we need to know before we find out how much the cabinet costs. there is no exact and easy way to give you an on-the-spot quote. this is because all our cabinets are made differently from the rest and thus cost very much differently as well. that being said, we first need to make a physical assesment of the exact space where the cabinets will be located. this is to make sure that we have the exact dimensions, and that all imperfections and obstacles (like misaligned walls, uneven floors, etc.) are addressed. with this in mind, we need to make arrangements to physically inspect the space. i will send you an email for the details. once again, thank you for your interest. hopefully this helps.
hi, what kind of wood do you use for your furnitures like bed, cabinets and side tables? do you give discounts for a package like 3bedrooms with 1 queen size bed, 2 side drawers, cabinets, 2 single beds, 2 study tables, 2cabintes, 2side tables? thanks.

we use different woods for different applications. we could either use locally-sourced woods like tanguile, apitong, yakal, helutong, etc. or imported woods like beech, maple, oak, pine, etc. it depends on the budget available.
to answer your second question: yes we do. however, we need to take measurements of the actual space and base our plans on your available space so we may be able to give you a price quote.
everyone here at sulit.com.ph probably would like to find every means to lessen the cost of the things they need to purchase. you are not an exception. and quite frankly, why not, right? however, you may get a better deal if you offer those furnitures to others. i already have my sources, and they give me great prices. if you sell or swap me your old furnitures, i will have no need for your furnitures because, as you may know- i build furnitures!!! :) the value of your furnitures will not be different from the wood products and materials i use (yes, no matter how expensive or chic looking they are). that being said, you're better off selling them to those who may want them- instead of swapping them to a furniture builder to lessen your cost. besides, all our projects are custom-built to be tailor-fit for their respective owners.
i hope were able to answer your question. many thanks.
hi, do u make kitchen cabinets? can u post sample pictures? thanks
give us some rough estimate of the prices of your built in as seen in the picture. If you can just provide the dimension then, it will be easy for us to estimate.
I have three rooms that require furnitures cabinet, beds etc. I hate to say that i spend too much in renovation (700,000 peso) but still it requires so much things necessary to do. I have only a month to spend in my vacation by December but i hate to work while taking my rest. If you can just visit my house and make a proposal. Then we can negotiate if the price is right.

hello ed,
thank you for your interest. i understand that you felt defeated after spending so much on your home for the renovation and it still has a long way to go, in terms of furnishings. one way to prevent that from happening again is to shop around. try malls, home improvement centers, furniture shops, etc. these establishments give you a current "going rate" of how much you will need to spend on the things you want for your home. also, it gives you an unbiased pricing- it lets you know up to where your money will get you, in terms of furnishings.
that being said, let me go ahead and send you an email so i can discuss with you the details of your other concern.

hope to hear from u soonest.

Hello Gale,
once again, we thank you for your interest. as you know, all the furnishings we have are really, really custom-made. they are built with the exact measurements for the home of their respective owners. that being said, almost no two homes have the same exact measurements- even with duplex homes that have mirror images of their opposite homes. with this, we need to take exact physical measurements of your kitchen space for us to be able to make a list of appropriations (materials, options available, etc). should taking physical measurements of the intended kitchen not be possible in the immediate future, we just need to wait for that to be possible.
for your second question: the kitchen tabletop. yes, we install them as well. we have a list of suppliers that give us an extensive choice in different colors and shades.
for your third question: estimation. yes and no. yes, we do not charge additional cost for estimation. however, if you are not within our immediate range (which is pasig and the metro manila area) we would have to find a way to compensate the consequential expenses. nevertheless, there is also another way to avoid estimation cost. perhaps i need to let you know about it thru email.
