walk  | hi interested in your VW if its a genuine 1300s (GT beetle) does it have the original higher geared transmission :- do you know the 1st 2 letters of the part code to verify. plus looking at your photobucket photo link have you removed the padded dash - and is the petrol gauge outside the speedometer? thanks |

| Yes, it has high speed tranny. Engine no. AD751087 ./ Chassis No. 1132499114. Production number - 20408 it has no more dashpad when I bought it. yes it has now external fuel gauge but the orig.speedo is intact. tnx 4 viewing. message updated February 2, 2012 09:01AM |
